Attenda launches its new Client Portal
Delivering visibility of Service Operation through flexible business-led reporting and KPIs
London - July 12, 2010 - Attenda Limited, the Always On Managed Services company, today announced the launch of its new client portal, bringing its clients greatly enhanced visibility of the service that it delivers.
The new portal is an integral part of Attenda's Vision for IT Services, providing clients with visibility of their Service Operation through flexible business-led reporting and KPIs. The architecture of the new portal provides a central data warehouse to facilitate more flexible and customisable reporting, increasing client value.
The launch of the new portal follows an extensive period of beta testing with exceptionally positive feedback from those clients involved in the testing phase. To assist clients in a smooth transition over to the new portal, with the closure of the old portal, Attenda has prepared online training materials and a webcast, to accelerate client familiarity and confidence in exploiting the enhanced functionality and additional value that the new portal delivers.
